Women and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu - Where are they???
So many people think that BJJ is a guy’s only sport, and let me tell you, the Mama Bear has shown me dramatically how wrong that is.
BJJ is a great skill for women to know; grappling, ground fighting, disengaging etc. are all necessary skills they should have should they encounter some jerk who wants to wreak damage on them.
